Produced at a tea farm near Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. The product has the official JAS certificate for Japanese organic products.
Tea made with this matcha powder tastes rich. The drink has more bitterness and less umami compared to premium matcha powder. The powder has a fine texture and therefore dissolves well and foams easily.
