Kotobuki is a matcha powder with a rich taste that is full of character. It is stone grind from first harvest tea leaves that have been shaded prior to harvest for 30-40 days. The tea tastes truly velvety and silky and has long-lasting umami notes in the flavor. Kotobuki means “blessing” in Japanese and refers to the grace this matcha brings when thoughtfully sipped.
