Hand-picked tea leaves from Kyoto’s spring first harvest. Prior to the harvest the tea field has been shaded for 30-40 days. Velvety smooth taste with sweet umami. Kotobuki means “blessing” in Japanese and refers to the grace this matcha brings when thoughtfully sipped.

Store unopened package in refrigerator. Once you open the package, keep it at room temperature. Close the lid as quickly as possible as oxygen will diminish the quality of matcha powder.
