Matcha powder with yuzu makes a pleasant refreshing drink. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus highly sought after for its wonderful aroma and flavor.
In this product Shizouka grown matcha and yuzu is used, both certified as organic in Japan. Matcha is first harvest.
How to make:
whisk 1-2 g powder with 100 ml hot water or milk.
Keep the unopened bag in refrigerator, once opened, in room temperature.
Ingredients: matcha powder, yuzu citrus peel powder (grown without pesticides).
