Kotobuki powder is a rich matcha powder that is produced from Samidori cultivar. Its taste is sweet from umami and full of character. Kotobuki is made from the first spring ichibancha harvest. Prior to the harvest the tea field has been shaded for 30-40 days.
Kotobuki means “blessing” in Japanese and refers to the grace this matcha brings when thoughtfully sipped.

Store unopened package in refrigerator. Once you open the package, keep it at room temperature. Close the lid as quickly as possible as oxygen will diminish quality of matcha powder.
