Unlike the classic bamboo whisk, this resin whisk is made of plastic and is therefore long-lasting and extremely durable. The whisk is suitable for use by both professional baristas as well as any other heavy users, especially for making matcha lattes. The whisk helps to mix the matcha powder into paste. In a separate bowl, you can also froth hot milk with the same whisk and then pour it over the matcha.
The whisk can be washed also in dishwasher. The inner part is separated from the outer part for cleaning. To dry, place it on the whisk holder (included in the set). If the branches get out of shape, hold the whisk in hot water for about a minute and then place it on the whisk holder to restore the curves.
