This classy matcha bowl features dozens of small, interlocking sennari-hyōtan that are hand-decorated in ivory glaze. Sennari gourd has been a symbol of wealth and prosperity in Japan and was also used as an emblem by Toyotomi Hideyoshi. The space between the gourds is filled with tiny white dots in white glaze.
