A pastel blue-green ceramic bowl, handcrafted by potters in a family-owned company in Kyoto for over 100 years. The chawan with slight curves is textured on top. The shape and material of the matcha bowl are comfortable to hold in the hand as well as to whisk the tea.

Before the first use, wash the bowl with warm water, cover it with a damp towel both inside and outside. Leave the bowl to dry for 30 minutes.
Care: hand wash (with water, without dishwashing detergent). Do not wash in the dishwasher. The bowl is suitable for water up to 80 degrees. Do not scratch.
