The following terms and conditions are applicable on www.matchamurai.ee online shop (managed and owned by Perenaise Ärid OÜ).
General terms
Prices include VAT (24%).
Prices do not include shipping fee.
Prices are in euros.
How to make purchase
Select the products and add to the shopping cart. You are then asked to fill in your personal data and select shipping method, then proceed to make payment.
We ship goods to all European Union countries, for the shipping cost – click here
If the product is in stock, it is available for adding to the cart. If it is out of stock, there is no possibility for adding it to the cart.
Shipment will be made within 1-2 days after the payment has been confirmed.
Withdrawing the purchase
Please note that the right to withdraw the purchase does not apply to legal entities.
Other retail customers have the right to withdraw the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods in case these are unused and unopened.
To withdraw from the contract, you can complete the withdrawal form in our online shop using the withdrawal button. The button “Withdraw from contract” is permanently available at the bottom of every page among the footer links, and no customer account or login is required to use it. After you fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”, Perenaise Ärid OÜ will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, stating the content of your declaration and the date and time it was submitted. You may also submit your withdrawal in free form by email to info@matchamurai.ee.
You are then obliged to return the products no later than 14 calendar days.
Return delivery should be made to: Itella SmartPOST (Estonia, Tallinn, Kadaka Selveri pakiautomaat), phone number (372) 5104827. Return shipping fee will be paid by the customer (not applicable in case the product was faulty). In case of international return, please send goods to: Perenaise Ärid OÜ, Kadaka tee 133, Tallinn, Estonia.
The sum of the product will be paid by Perenaise Ärid OÜ no later than 14 calendar days from the day the returned goods have been received.
