Its taste is\u00a0 sweet from umami and full of character. Kotobuki is made from the first spring <em>ichibancha<\/em> harvest. Prior to the harvest the tea field has been shaded for 30-40 days.<\/p>\n<p>Kotobuki means \u201cblessing\u201d in Japanese and refers to the grace this matcha brings when thoughtfully sipped.<\/p>\n<p>Sweetness 5\/5<br \/>\nUmami 5\/5<br \/>\nAstringency 1\/5<br \/>\nAroma 5\/5<\/p>\n<p>Producer: Maiko no Cha (Kyoto, Japan).<\/p>\n<p>Store unopened package in refrigerator.
